Showcasing the Pathway to a Holistically Efficient Logistics Operation

VTEX, the composable and complete commerce platform for premier B2C and B2B brands and retailers, has officially announced the second edition of its VTEX Vision’ program, which is a semi-annual product showcase designed to help enterprise businesses improve customer experience, fuel their growth, increase efficiency, and future-proof their operations. According to certain reports, the stated edition will bring for VTEX’s global enterprise clients, including 2,600 B2C and B2B customers with 3,500 online stores across 43 countries, a wide set of cutting-edge innovations and powerful advancements. This it will do to unify commerce operations and maximize investments, thus ensuring B2B and B2C brands are able to sell more, operate efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer experiences now and in the future. Talk about the innovations that are set to become a part of this event, we begin from a renewed Google Merchant Connector. Marking a major expansion for the VTEX’s existing partnership with Google, the new look Google Merchant Connector comes bearing an ability to help sellers feature their products in organic Google search listings, and at the same time, utilize price comparison and tracking tools to optimize their performance. Furthermore, there is going to be one more Google-themed solution in Google Shopping ads which will make it possible for brands to map their entire catalog. Not just that, they can also activate offers for specific payment methods, and implement Google Pay with a single click. Making it all the better is an expectation for Google Pay to soon get integrated into VTEX Fast Checkout.

Next up, the event will see an updated VTEX Ad Network. To understand the significance of such a development, we must acknowledge how, since its launch in Spring of 2024, VTEX Ad Network has empowered advertisers to witness a 5.0x average return on ad spend. As a result, 90% of them continue to invest so to generate sustainable revenue for retailers. At present, the solution in question is well-equipped to help brands create a compelling product discovery experience, as well as monetize advertising space across all sales channels, doing it all by leveraging AI-driven optimization for higher conversions, precision targeting, and comprehensive ad campaign monitoring. However, under the given update, VTEX Ad Network will also receive the know-how to enhance visibility through a display of sponsored products in search auto-complete suggestions and product galleries. On top of that, advertisers can export campaign data, search terms, and product insights, enabling quick access to comprehensive reports.

“Enterprises are constantly looking for differentiators that allow them to surpass their competitors and earn an advantage in the hard-fought ecommerce landscape. VTEX is leading the way, giving B2C and B2B brands and retailers seamless access to innovations that boost customer experience, conversion, and loyalty,” said Santiago Naranjo, CRO at VTEX. “VTEX Vision’s Fall Edition innovations not only improve sales directly but also keep costs lower than other platforms, which makes us the most attractive option. This is what it means for us to be a commerce platform tailored for today’s enterprises and the challenges of tomorrow.”

Joining the mix here is an updated VTEX Sales App. In essence, from the moment it was introduced, VTEX Sales App has guided enterprises to seamlessly integrate sales associates into the digital commerce journey. This would involve giving associates an uninterrupted access of real-time inventory from physical stores, warehouses, distribution centers, and third-party sellers, presenting the whole thing within a unified commerce interface. To build upon the same, VTEX has now launched an update to let these sales associates sell both in-store and online products through a single checkout process. They can further manage multiple carts, offer complementary products, and provide value-added services like warranties and customizations. VTEX has also installed a new payment provider protocol for its sales app. The idea behind bringing this protocol is to enable brands to integrate their preferred payment providers and use Sales App in any area.

Among other technologies that are slated to be a part of VTEX’s showcase, there is a B2B FastStore and a VTEX Pick and Pack solution.
