New state-of-the-art distribution center to boost supply chain resilience, automation, and job creation
Cleveland, Ohio, United States, 17 December 2025 – Supply Technologies LLC, a supply chain management company under Park-Ohio Holdings Corp., has announced plans to significantly expand its North American distribution network with a new flagship facility in Union, Ohio. The investment reflects growing demand from global manufacturers for faster, more reliable, and technology-driven supply chain solutions.
The new distribution center will span 375,000 square feet and is designed to become the company’s primary hub for the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Once operational, the facility will support Supply Technologies’ global network of over 70 warehouses and enhance its ability to serve original equipment manufacturers with greater speed and efficiency.
A modern hub built for advanced logistics
The Ohio facility will feature advanced warehouse operations, robotic automation, and next-generation warehouse management systems. It will also include a dedicated quality and engineering laboratory, along with an innovation center focused on improving supply chain performance and product reliability.
The project represents a capital investment of more than $20 million and is expected to create over 60 new full-time jobs, with total employment at the site exceeding 100 people. The company estimates the expansion will add around $3 million in annual payroll to the local economy.
According to company leadership, the new hub will play a critical role in ensuring supply continuity for manufacturers, helping them reduce downtime and maintain uninterrupted production.
Supporting OEMs across North America
Supply Technologies specializes in managing fasteners and assembly components for global OEMs, handling everything from sourcing and engineering to point-of-use logistics. The new distribution center is designed to support a more efficient hub-and-spoke model, allowing faster response times and improved service across North America.
The facility will serve as a central coordination point for regional warehouses, helping customers navigate increasingly complex supply chains while improving inventory visibility and quality assurance.

Hiring for the Union, Ohio facility is expected to begin in early 2026, with an official opening planned for July 1, 2026. The expansion is being supported by regional development organizations, reflecting Ohio’s growing role as a logistics and advanced manufacturing hub.
